About Me

Kaz Morran | Editor: After 14 years in Japan, I'm now back in Canada as a full-time editor of fiction and non-fiction. In Japan, I taught English (including writing classes) at a major university and at companies such as Mitsubishi and Amazon while also editing novels, science papers, essays, articles, business reports, and presentations. My clients have included best-selling authors, IT people from Amazon and Google, aerospace engineers, nuclear physicists, a pro-wrestler, race-car driver, politicians, Yakuza detectives... I've edited a variety of genres (sci-fi, fantasy, horror, YA, children's, etc.) and non-fiction topics (self-help, finance, business, manuals & guides, sports, memoirs & biographies, etc.). I've taught and designed courses and course material on various writing subjects as well as for English proficiency tests and university entrance exams. I'm also a published author of fiction and non-fiction.
